The Old World concrete tile / paver features were influenced by a variety of historic handmade pieces. The hand tooled texture provides elegance, warmth and charm to any environment. The size, eased edges, flatter surface and weathered appearance of the Old World tile / paver / paving stone tile enhance its uniqueness. Designed for interior and exterior applications. High light colors are applied by hand and are integrated throughout the entire tile. They are not stained on the surface but are part of the manufacturing processes.

APPLICATION:
Handcrafted Stone Specialty Old World textured tiles / pavers / paving stones may be used in light commercial and most residential applications, on existing substantial and sound new concrete bases or slabs, interior and exterior. Do not use De-Icing Agents that can etch the surface of concrete. (Check the manufacturer of the De-Icing Agent to see if it will affect concrete surfaces and their warranties). Some of these chemicals may damage the surface of concrete based Old World textured tiles / pavers / paving stones and will void warranty. Can be applied over substantial sound wood floor with wonder board sub floor and a moisture barrier. Cracks need to be repaired for existing concrete, following industry standards, before installing Handcrafted Stone Old World textured tile / paver / paving stone product. FINISH:
All Old World textured tiles / pavers / paving stone products are sold unsealed. A sealer is recommended after installation to protect the product and grouting from staining. A penetrating masonry sealer is recommended to prevent staining of tiles by other substances. Refer to Sealer manufacturer's specifications regarding application and maintenance.
